Booking Process

All reservations for hot air balloon safaris must be made through our official website or authorized partners. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Masai Balloons.

Age Requirements

Passengers must be at least 7 years old to participate in our balloon safaris. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Health & Fitness

Passengers must be in good health and able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 1 hour). Pregnant women and individuals with serious medical conditions should not participate.

Cancellation Terms

• 3+ days before flight: Full refund minus processing fees
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Weather Cancellations

If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost.

Safety Protocols

Your safety is our top priority. All flights follow strict safety protocols and are conducted by experienced pilots licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority.

Pre-flight Briefing

All passengers must attend the mandatory safety briefing before flight. This covers emergency procedures and safety guidelines.

Equipment & Maintenance

Our balloons undergo rigorous maintenance and safety checks before each flight. All equipment meets international safety standards.
